The Professional Fighters League is rolling out the red carpet for those set to compete April 23 at PFL 1, bringing their world-class athletes into a state-of-the-art facility.

The entire 2021 season of the PFL will take place from inside a bubble at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Main event fighters Anthony Pettis and Clay Collard, along with two-time champion Lance Palmer, were among the first to make their grand arrival.

Pettis and Collard will compete in the lightweight regular season with Palmer seeking a third title in the featherweight division.

This is not the first time that the PFL has held events from the incredible Ocean Casino Resort, having brought the most innovative and fastest growing league to the site previously. This time, though, they will be situated in the Ovation Hall, allowing for unmatched made-for-television and streaming fights.

PFL’s bubble will provide fighters with all of the necessary tools to prepare, helping keep them at ease as “fight-night” approaches. This includes testing, gym access and meal options for the fighters and their teams while competing.

ESPN2 and ESPN+ are set to broadcast the PFL to the United States with 160 countries around the world watching on premium networks.

Pettis, a former UFC and WEC champion, was one of the handfuls of acquisitions made by the PFL over the past several months. “Showtime” remains the only MMA athlete to grace a box of Wheaties.

Collard took time from his MMA training to skyrocket up the boxing rankings with several highlight-reel victories. He is also experienced inside the cage.

Palmer will take on his old rival, Bubba Jenkins, in the first round. The two have a storied past on the wrestling mats with one another.

Other fights set for PFL 1 include Natan Schulte vs. Marcin Held and Movlid Khaibulaev vs. Jason Soares.

Subsequent PFL events are scheduled for April 29, May 6, June 10, June 17 and June 25.
