UFC 260 Embedded: Catch Up With Stipe Miocic, Francis Ngannou

One of the unique things the UFC does before big events is the “Embedded” series, and UFC 260 has been given the special treatment.

The series follows the fighters during the week, showing them at home, in the gym and preparing for action. 

UFC 260 features Stipe Miocic defending his heavyweight title against Francis Ngannou. The two met three years ago, with Miocic scoring a decision victory.

UFC Embedded, Episode One

Champ Stipe Miocic works his second job and then does S&C. Francis Ngannou flows in the gym and then spices things up at home. Miocic feasts with his growing family.

UFC Embedded, Episode Two

Francis Ngannou takes a solo hike, finds a soccer partner, hits mitts and then gets a mani-pedi. Champion Stipe Miocic flies to Las Vegas alongside a fellow heavyweight.

UFC Embedded, Episode Three

Champ Stipe Miocic customizes his training room. Co-main stars Vicente Luque and Tyron Woodley land in Las Vegas, as does Sean O’Malley. Francis Ngannou wrestles with Jake Shields, and Miocic has an interview interrupted.
