The spotlight of UFC 257 quickly shifted off Conor McGregor and on Dustin Poirier Saturday night.
Poirier, a former interim UFC champion knocked out McGregor in the second round of their main event fight in Abu Dhabi.
With the win, “The Diamond” positioned himself for another big run in 2021 to the top. And with Khabib Nurmagomedov’s status unknown at this time, he could be fighting for the title next.
