In the main event, former title contender Anthony Smith once again showcased his skills.
Smith locked in a triangle choke on Devin Clark early in the first round, recording a submission victory live on ESPN from the UFC Apex.
The light heavyweight bout replaced the planned headliner between Curtis Blaydes and Derrick Lewis that was scratched when Blaydes tested positive for COVID-19.
Miguel Baeza earned the biggest win of his career, stopping Takashi Sato in the co-main event. Baeza served noticed as a potential player in the welterweight division, locking up an arm-triangle choke in the second round.
In the lone heavyweight bout of the night, Parker Porter used his strengths to best Josh Parisian. All three judges scored it in favor of Parker, including a 30-26. The bout featured a new three-round record for strikes in the division, as Porter landed 126 significant and Parisian 114.
Bill Algeo and Spike Carlyle went the distance in a thrilling featherweight battle, with Algeo picking up the decision on the night.
Despite missing weight, Norma Dumont Viana scored a decision over Ashlee Evans-Smith. Viana, who will forfeit 30 percent of her fight purse to Evans-Smith, was able to at least come away with the win.
Jonathan Pearce opened the main card with a convincing one-sided victory over Kai Kamaka III. Pearce finished Kamaka in the second round, hammering away with strike after strike after strike.
In the featured prelim, Anderson dos Santos scored an upset over Martin Day. Dos Santos locked up a guillotine choke after Day took him to the canvas, earning the first round submission win.
Gina Mazany dominated Rachael Ostovich, nearly out-landing her 2-to-1. She finished the fight in the third with back-to-back kicks to the body followed by power punches.
Su Mudaerji stopped Malcolm Gordon in just 44 seconds and Nathan Maness submitted Luke Sanders in the second round.
