Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier made arrangements to fight outside the UFC recently.

Now, we might be getting them inside the Octagon.

McGregor stated on Twitter that he has discussed his return with UFC officials. “Notorious” wants the fight to take place in 2020.

And as for that $500,000 donation to The Good Fight Foundation, McGregor is still willing to put that up.

Hello Dustin! I accepted the offer to fight you, but told them it must happen in 2020,” McGregor posted. “I’m ready for Nov 21st, given that cards recent injury issues, as well as any of the December dates, the 12th and the 19th. I’ll also still donate the $500k to The Good Fight Foundation.”

Poirier noted the response, adding “we’ll get it worked out.”

We’ll get it worked out!” Poirier wrote. “Good man, We will use the donation to open a Boxing/MMA Academy on the side of town me and (Daniel Cormier) grew up were the tuition for the kids will be good grades.”
