Angela Lee: “I guess you could say, it runs in the family. Everybody, please welcome my younger sister, Victoria!! At just 16 years old, she truly is a martial arts phenom and represents the next generation of mixed martial artists who are scary good everywhere!
I am so proud of everything Victoria has already accomplished and I’m so excited for all that’s in store for her. Supporting Victoria in her quest of chasing her dreams is my number one priority!”

Jade Bryce: “Is it possible to have multiple dark nights of the soul? I’m living proof, that yes. But every dark night awaits an incredible bright light.. In a dark night of the soul, your self esteem feels diminished (probably your ego being shattered), you feel uncertain about everything in life, you may experience physical pain (probably your body detoxing something or whispering to you because it truly keeps score).. this sounds similar, but is different from depression. This is an opportunity to really look yourself in the mirror & release what doesn’t serve you, to sit with your emotions- all of them.. & try to uncover the roots. To do work. It doesn’t have to be hard, if you really practice self compassion, patience, & love… you’ll look back at it as a beautiful process.

“I’m thankful for friends like @paigey_pooh_ who consistently listens with out judgement & reminds me gently that I may be projecting & to find out where that’s coming from. Even just one conscious friend can make all the difference, but typically you feel really alone.

“The time of the dark night of the soul can feel interminable, but if you can learn to welcome these emotions, you can move through to a clearer and higher level. Over time, you awaken to something deeper that is not based on the ego’s perception of reality. Purpose returns and with it a greater sense of connection with the Divine and with your own soul. For some, it is as profound as the complete death of the ego.
Take Your Time and Trust the Process
While trusting your journey, this dark night of the soul process may feel destabilizing, therefore accept what rises within you. From this place of awareness, reflect what is coming up for you, and the purpose it serves for your transformation.”

Jon Jones: “New weight class. Same team.”
