Jason Momoa Backs Ray Fisher And Claims He Was Treated “Shitty” During Justice League Reshoots, Demands Proper Invesitgation
Jason Momoa takes a stand beside Ray Fisher in his crusade against what the actor contends went down filming Justice League.
Jason Momoa stands with his Justice League costar Ray Fisher and is opening up about his experiences filming the reshoots of Justice League under Joss Whedon.
In a new Instagram post, the Aquaman actor confessed he agrees with Fisher’s position, which is their treatment on the set was unfair and unconscionable, to say the least.
Momoa had much uglier words for it all, calling the way everybody was treated “s***ty” and alleging “Serious stuff went down” that no one’s been held accountable for.
Urging an investigation be conducted, he wrote in all caps “THIS S**T HAS TO STOP AND NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT @ray8fisher AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO EXPERIENCED WHAT HAPPEN UNDER THE WATCH OF @wbpictures NEEDS PROPER INVESTIGATION…”
The post continues with a vexed condemnation of the untrue announcement from Warner Bros. Momoa was voicing Frosty the Snowman.

Momoa contends it was issued to take eyes off Fisher’s charges and the Twitter storm created thus far.
“I just think it’s f***ed up that people released a fake Frosty announcement without my permission to try to distract from Ray Fisher speaking up about the s***ty way we were treated on Justice League reshoots,” Momoa writes.
In closing, he stated “Serious stuff went down” and “It needs to be investigated and people need to be held accountable,” hinting he doesn’t believe the studio is doing a good enough job.

A week prior, Momoa indicated his support for Ray Fisher in an Instagram story tagged #IStandWithRayFisher. It showed the Cyborg actor at San Diego Comic-Con 2017 in an “I Heart Zack Snyder” T-shirt.
Fisher is embroiled in a battle with WB over accusations Joss Whedon was “gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable” when he took charge, enabled by then executive Geoff Johns – who Fisher claims threatened his career.
Warner revealed in their statement Fisher met with DC Films President Walter Hamada about the matter and starring in The Flash.
There were some creative disagreements between the parties over the script and Fisher implicated Hamada as willing to throw Whedon “under the bus” if Fisher relented on Johns.
Fisher doubled down and swore he would not relent or stay silent. Warner’s statement returned fire and deemed the claims unfounded and lacking evidence.
They also accuse him of not cooperating with the third-party investigator. Fisher countered on Twitter the investigator was hired by the studio and not WarnerMedia, as demanded, and his people weren’t present for the first Zoom call.
Fisher lambasted the investigators this week in a new round of updates from his end.
He hints the firm hired is not so independent and charged them with avoiding as well as cherry-picking what witnesses they listen to.
The actor also shared an unnamed “implicated individual” who was interviewed and reached out to apologize while reiterating his stance that WB is pushing a false narrative.
