Bellator is holding back-to-back cards this weekend, and the weigh-ins for Friday’s event, Bellator 245, are in the books.

Phil Davis versus Lyoto Machida II

In the main event for Bellator 245, former UFC light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida will battle Phil Davis for a second time.

The two fought back in 2013, at UFC 163, and Davis won the fight via decision.

Machida (26-9) hasn’t fought since September, 2019, when he dropped a split decision to Gegard Mousasi. Prior to that the now 42-year-old stopped Chael Sonnen. Machida has gone 2-1 in Bellator to date and is 4-1 in his last five bouts.

Davis (21-5), on the other hand, hasn’t fought since last October when he stopped Karl Albrektsson. The 35-year-old is also 4-1 in his last five bouts.

At today’s weigh-ins, Machida tipped the scales at 205.3 pounds and Davis was 205.7.
