The weigh-ins for UFC Fight Island 2 wrapped up earlier today in Abu Dhabi, and they featured some intense faceoffs afterward.
Tomorrow’s headliner will see Joseph Benavidez and Deiveson Figueiredo battled for a second time, and for the second time, they’re fighting for the flyweight title.
The two threw down in February and Figueiredo won the fight in the second round. But, because he missed weight, he couldn’t secure the flyweight belt.
Due to that, and because an accidental headbutt occurred shortly before the fight was finished, a rematch was booked. As you can see by watching the highlights below, Benavidez seems pretty, pretty focused on avenging that loss.
