And, just over two minutes later, Ribas kicked off the main card with a submission win over VanZant via armbar.

With this being her final fight on her contract, and husband Austin Vanderford a member of the Bellator MMA roster, we have likely seen the last of VanZant inside the Octagon.
In early 2019, Jessica Andrade welcomed Rose Namajunas to Brazil and promptly slammed her to the canvas to claim the UFC strawweight title. Over a year later, Namajunas earned some revenge, pulling out a split decision.

Yan, a 27-year-old from Russia, earned his 15th career win and seventh inside the Octagon. None, though, were bigger than this one as he took out the former champion and legend in Aldo.
