RIZIN’s Trailer For Its August Cards is Pretty, Pretty Awesome

Japan's RIZIN promotion has announced it's returning to action next month with two events, and the trailer for the cards is a must-see.

Following in the footsteps of other major, MMA promotions like the UFC, ONE Championship and KSW, RIZIN has announced it’s returning to action next month.

Not only that, the Japanese promotion has shared out a very cool promo for the events, which are going down on August 9th and 10th.

RIZIN 22 & 23 trailer

On account of the COVID-19 pandemic, RIZIN has not held a card since this past February. But, recently the promotion announced RIZIN 22 and 23 will go down on back-to-back nights in Yokohama, Japan.

Line-ups for the events

The fight that will likely catch the eye of most hardcore fans, is the scrap between Hiromasa Ougikubo (20-4-2) and Kai Asakura (14-2). The two are competing for the bantamweight belt, which was vacated by Manel Kape, on account of his move to the UFC.
