Charmed Rose McGowan calls Hollywood cult after being blacklisted

Rose McGowan is attempting to burn it all down to expose Tinseltown as a cesspool. The “Charmed” star has been outspoken about Hollywood’s hypocrisy and accepted sexual assault on women. Now, she’s saying Hollywood is a “cult” that she wishes she had left sooner.

Rose McGowan Is A Harvey Weinstein Accuser

McGowan is finally realizing the toll of selling your soul to Hollywood.

Not only did the actress fail to get personal justice in the Weinstein case, but Hollywood blacklisted her for telling her story.

McGowan has been steadfast in her accusations that she was raped by Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Although the movie producer is now behind bars from other sexual assaults, McGowan will never get true personal vindication with a conviction for the crimes Weinstein committed against her.

With nothing else to lose, McGowan is spilling the tea. Like the fact she believes Hollywood is a cult, according to an interview.

Rose McGowan Gets Blacklisted By Hollywood

Adding true insult to injury, Rose McGowan was blacklisted by Hollywood after helping to expose Weinstein for the pig that he is.

“And then I get blacklisted after being sexually assaulted, and then what job are you doing to do? Then it was like taking the dregs and scraping the bottom of the barrel trying to get what [roles] I could. That’s just a crap way to live. And it’s not artistically where I live.”

Hollywood isn’t the only cult McGowan has left. She previously called the Democratic Party a cult for the way it uses women.

She has taken specific exception to how liberals have victim shamed or ignored Joe Biden accuser Tara Reade.

In fact, McGowan took her “Charmed” co-star Alyssa Milano to task recently. Milano continued to support Biden even after decades old yet credible accusations came to light.

So McGowan spotlighted the hypocrisy of supporting Biden while also claiming to be a women’s right activist.

Her Debut Album

But now, she’s put acting in her rearview mirror to move on to a different industry.

“It was my day job. I acquitted myself very well, but it wasn’t the love of my life,” McGowan side of her life in Hollywood on set and in the spotlight.

McGowan is using music to heal herself from the trauma her fellow actors and producers caused her. Her debut album is “Planet 9.”

But, more importantly, McGowan came to a realization: “I refused to give up who I was forever just to stay in a [Hollywood] system that I fundamentally disagree with, that I think is a cult.”

McGowan is smart to get out of Hollywood while she can.

Even after Weinstein was convicted, Hollywood types just don’t get it. A different set of rules don’t apply to them because they are famous.

The fact that Rose McGowan was blacklisted for helping expose Weinstein, who preyed on young actresses, is evidence of that.
