Somers was a 1970s bombshell and she’s seeking returning to that status. She is not letting age interfere with her personal confidence in her body. Most people her age are looking to hide their figure, but not Suzanne Somers.
Last fall, Somers posted a nude picture on Instagram in honor of her 73rd birthday. The “Step By Step” actress drew a lot of attention from people who both applauded her and chastised her for showing so much skin at 73.

In an interview this week with Access Hollywood, Somers was asked since her recent nude got so much attention if she would consider posing in Playboy.
The actress turned health spokesperson jumped at that, proclaiming that she would like to make that happen and thinks it would be a phenomenal way to celebrate living 3/4 of a century.
“I thought that when I was 73 I would be old,” Somers also told the New York Post. “I’m chronologically old, but I’m not old. I’m enjoying aging because I have acquired wisdom, because I’m not pilled up . . . I love the way I look.”
Dolly Parton Also Wants To Be In Playboy For Her 75th Birthday
Suzanne Somers isn’t the only iconic celebrity seeking a return to Playboy.
Dolly Parton also recently said she aspires to be on the cover of Playboy magazine for her 75th birthday. Some of you may recall that this wouldn’t be the first time the buxom country singer graced the magazine’s cover. All the way back in 1978, Playboy featured the curvy country singer.

But, alas, there’s a catch. If you can believe it, Playboy magazine is one of the early victims of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the longstanding nudie magazine announced it will no longer publish a print edition due to dwindling sales. Instead, Playboy will now be online only.
I suppose now these two blonde beauties will be vying for a featured image on the Playboy website’s frontpage!

Somers’ 83-year-old husband Alan Hamel agreed with the idea of his wife of 42 years posing in Playboy.
The couple recently told Access Hollywood that they are enjoying their quarantine. The two work together so they are used to spending each minute of the day together. The togetherness has helped bolster their thriving and successful marriage.
