Warner Bros. Games Montreal Shares a New Logo Related to Upcoming Batman Game
Game developer Warner Bros. Games Montreal shared a new emblem from its new Batman project representing perhaps the Gotham PD.
Game developer Warner Bros. Games Montreal, little by little, has been unveiling clues and symbols connected to what can be confirmed is the new Batman game the firm is working on. And another nugget dropped last week.
WB Montreal shared an emblem on Twitter believed to represent Gotham’s police force with the simple caption “/redacted.” The logo was shared in pieces before being brought together as one in the final reveal.

“Redacted” is a word we hear a lot concerning this new game. Osama Dorias, a lead game designer at WB Montreal, revealed in July he was at work on a “[redacted]” “DC property.”

In September, the actor who provides Batman’s voice in Batman: Arkham Origins, Roger Craig Smith, obliquely tweeted – due to contractual restrictions – he was in the middle of a new project.
Super bummed to not be working on anything that I can’t tweet about right now because I can’t violate an NDA for something that I assure you does not exist.
And isn’t a video game.

That WB Games Montreal was the developer behind Batman: Arkham Origins, it’s been assumed they are promising us a new installment. It also helps the Gotham Police Department is prominent in the franchise.
WB Games previously tweeted, last September like Smith, a sequence of other images hinting at possible villains including the debut of the Court of Owls and the return of Ra’s al Ghul and his League of Assassins. Ra’s last showed up in Batman: Arkham City, the second game in the series from developer Rocksteady.

The Court of Owls was teased in Arkham Origins, making their arrival practically inevitable. They’ve been one of the most feared and lauded secret societies in Gotham opposing the Bat-Family.
WB Montreal’s caption for the cryptic September tweet unveils a plausible title for the supposed Arkham game. Fans and news sites (such as FandomWire) report it will be called Capture The Knight. Although not official just yet, #CaptureTheKnight is trending on social media.

Animated feature Batman: Assault on Arkham also takes place within the video game universe.
