Malia Obama Pete Holmes

Malia Obama finds herself in the news again for all the wrong reasons after comedian Pete Holmes detailed an encounter with eldest Obama daughter during an episode of “Conan”. The NYC-based comedian reportedly told her to “shut the f*** up” after Malia and one of her friends disrespected him during a recent stand-up comedy show.

Pete Holmes Recalls Calling Out Malia Obama

The New York Daily News reported that Holmes just gave an interview to late night host Conan O’Brien in which he recalled a recent stand-up comedy show of his at the Comedy Studio in Somerville, Massachusetts, near Boston, where Malia is a student at Harvard University.

“I was doing standup and I was watching the show before I went on, I was going on last, and there were these two hot women, young women, in the front, that the whole show were whispering,” Holmes explained. “It’s worse than heckling. What a Black Mirror nightmare to be doing stand up, and there’s two attractive girls – which is what made every nerd into a comedian – in the front row whispering and laughing at people on the stage, but in a bad way.”

Unbeknownst to Holmes at the time, one of the women was Malia, the 21 year-old daughter of former President Barack Obama. Having no idea who Malia was, Holmes decided not to take her disrespectful attitude laying down when it came time for him to take the stage.

“And then I go on last, and I tell a joke, and they’re whispering and laughing and giggling, and I’m just like, ‘What’s going on? I can see you.”’ Holmes said. “They were in the front row. They were in the light. Like the spotlight was on them as well. And I just go, ‘What’s going on? I can see you, please stop.'”

The Stand-up Comedy Stand-off Escalates

Malia and her friend callously ignored Holmes, even when he told them again to “please cut it out,” so he decided to take drastic action.

“Then I get a little more like, ‘Shut up. Look at my face. I’m here to help,'” he explained. “But you know, you push Petey too far. I’m like, ‘Please, shut the f*** up.'”

Having then lost his temper on the whispering women, Holmes threw a curtain over them, thinking the moment would be hilarious to everyone else in attendance.

“And I go, ′I don’t care. Enjoy the show however you want. I just don’t want to see you,’ and I cover them with the curtain,” he said. “I thought this would get a big laugh. Nothing. The whole audience turns on me.”

Pete Holmes Learns The Truth

It was only after the stand-up comedy show ended that comedian Pete Holmes learned who the disrespectful audience member really was.

“After the show, I find out it was Obama’s daughter. It was Malia! And her hot friend!” he lamented. “She looked great. Terrible comedy audience. That’s a true story.”

“Who let you put a curtain around President Obama’s daughter?” a clearly-stunned O’Brien asked. “Why weren’t you shot?”

“I’ve never gotten off stage and been like, ‘Why wasn’t I shot?’ Or at least a little laser beam like you’re trying to entertain a cat on my face,” Holmes responded. “I covered them. I was like, ‘Shut up, shut up, shut up. You should vanish.'”

8 Years Of Obama

During their eight years in the White House, Barack and Michelle Obama constantly acted like they were above the law, so it should come as no surprise that their daughter now doesn’t seem to think the rules of basic decency should apply to her. I guess the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree!

The way Malia behaved at this comedy show clearly shows just how arrogant and full of herself she really is. As a member of the Obama family, she is used to the liberals of the entertainment industry fawning over everything she does, so we can only imagine how shocked she was when Holmes called her out and publicly humiliated her.

We can only hope that Malia takes this experience to heart, and realizes she isn’t a princess who can treat everyone around her like peasants.
