Griffin DeGeneres

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres is known for being one of the nicest people in Hollywood. She gets along with almost everyone. That’s why it has come as a bit of a surprise to some that she has banned leftwing comedian Kathy Griffin from her show. Griffin, who once posed with the severed head of President Trump, are embroiled in a bitter feud.

When one takes a closer look at who Griffin is as a person and her actions, it isn’t surprising that DeGeneres does not want her anywhere near her show.

Griffin Reveals All About DeGeneres Feud

Griffin talked about their feud during a comedy tour she embarked on in the summer of 2018. She said that feud stemmed from a conversation they had after the 2014 death of comedian Joan Rivers.

“One of the things that really hurt Joan, and we talked about it at our last meal together, was that Ellen always shunned her and Ellen thought she was vulgar and not funny,” Griffin said, according to Variety. “I just called her and I just said, ‘Look, woman to woman, comic to comic, I think you need to let go of your hatred for Joan Rivers. She’s passed away, just do a f***ing tribute, be cool.'”

It was DeGeneres’ response that got their feud going, according to Griffin.

“There’s a difference between mean and funny,” DeGeneres told her, Griffin claimed.

This simple response was enough to “trigger” a liberal snowflake like Griffin.

“That f***ing set me off,” Griffin exclaimed. “So we had a fight in which I used inflammatory words like, ‘Look you f***ing untalented hack.’ … You know when you’re fighting with someone and you can kind of laugh at a point? Yeah, not that day.”

Griffin Tries To Backtrack

A few days after her meltdown, Griffin reportedly had second thoughts and reached out to DeGeneres in order to make amends.

“It was so ‘Dynasty’ that I demand to be Alexis as long as you’re Krystle,” she texted the talk show host. “I think we should do a scene in the pool, I think there should be big hats [and] that b**** didn’t even respond! But that was a good idea!”

In a later interview with Good Day New York, Griffin weighed in on the feud once again.

“I am apparently not her cup of tea,” she said. “But I think she is great. I am not a comedy snob.”

“I’m vulgar, but I think it’s great there’s clean comedians and prop comedians and topical comedians and observational comedians,” Griffin added. “I’m just happy whenever a female, especially a female over 50, is still in the game.”

DeGeneres Takes The High Road

It should be noted that while Griffin seems to not be able to stop talking about the feud, DeGeneres has taken the high road and never commented on it publicly.

This entire situation shows once again that Griffin is suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, among other things.

It also shows that DeGeneres is a true class act, something that she recently made clear to the world when she stood by her friendship with former President George W. Bush despite pressure from liberals to turn on him.

We’re glad to see that DeGeneres has banned the trashy comedian Griffin from her show. She doesn’t need that kind of talentless negativity around her.
