Just moments after Conor McGregor put the finishing touches on Donald Cerrone, former boxing world champion Floyd Mayweather let it be known that he was ready.
Ready for a rematch.
Mayweather earned a finish vs. McGregor back in 2017 when “Notorious” made his pro boxing debut. Since that time, the unbeaten Mayweather has remained mostly on the sidelines.
Recently, though, he shared several meetings with UFC president Dana White, and the two appear to be ready to work together.
It was a simple post with a picture of a fight poster, but you can bet everyone involved in both the MMA and boxing world has taken notice of it.
