A special Budweiser can made in support of UFC 246 main event fighter Donald Cerrone will be released in Las Vegas this week.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto talked with “Cowboy” about the marketing tool from his sponsor.
Cerrone takes on Conor McGregor this Saturday night from Las Vegas live on pay-per-view.
“‘Brewed and canned for Cowboy fans,’” Cerrone said. “The best right here is the slogan talking about, ‘I’m a blue-collar, All-American, hard-working boy. I just want to let all the blue-collar boys know there’s still hope.’”
“I want all of the blue collar American working class people to know that I’m out there fighting for them. People ask me, ‘Why don’t you take time off?’ but the working class doesn’t take time off,” he said. “They’re out there working every day. That’s what I do, too. I want them to know there is hope, and I’m out there just like they are.”
