Frankie Edgar has been planning to make a move to bantamweight in 2020, so it should come as no surprise that the legend made weight today for UFC Busan.

Edgar vs. “The Korean Zombie”

The former lightweight champ will battle Chan Sung Jung tomorrow in the South Korean city, and both Edgar and “The Korean Zombie” weighed in today at 146. Edgar, who is booked to fight Cory Sandhagen on January 25th, recently agreed to step-in for the injured Brian Ortega.

The 38-year-old Edgar (23-7-1) is coming off a decision loss to now former 145 champ Max Holloway in July.

The 32-year-old Jung (15-1), on the other hand, took out Renato “Moicano” in his last outing. That bout took place in June.
