Tyson Fury Scheduled To Appear At This Week’s SmackDown
Fresh off his victory over Braun Strowman at WWE Crown Jewel, Tyson Fury will return to WWE television on Friday’s SmackDown.
Fury, who earned a victory over Strowman via count out in Saudi Arabia, will be airing from the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The episode will be taped and aired on FOX later that day.

The WWE released a statement to promote Fury’s appearance in his hometown:
“In the wake of a debut victory at WWE Crown Jewel, Tyson Fury will head to Friday Night SmackDown this week on FOX.
“As reported on WWE Backstage, The Gypsy King is slated to appear when the blue brand broadcasts from the lineal heavyweight champion’s hometown of Manchester, England. With Fury in the building, Braun Strowman shouldn’t be far behind as the two brawlers have unfinished business.

Following his win in his WWE debut, Fury revealed his future plans. Those call for a 2020 meeting with Deontay Wilder for the boxing heavyweight title.

Hulk Hogan Set For Surgery After WWE Crown Jewel Appearance
While he completed his role at WWE Crown Jewel, Hulk Hogan did so while fighting through pain. The former champion will need surgery on his back next week.
Hogan, in an interview with Sports Illustrated explained what his next procedure will be.
“I’m going in for another back surgery next Tuesday,” Hogan said. “They’re going to fuse six levels together, so we’ll see how I feel after that. People have stuck by me, even when I made mistakes. Their love and loyalty have blown me away.
“The memory of wrestling still connects me to people. Hopefully it’s a memory that will live forever.”

During his multiple WWE appearances, Hogan did not use any assistance to walk. However, footage of an altercation with a fan showed him using a crutch.
