Trump Dismisses Jane Fonda’s Climate Extremism, Gives Proof Her Arrests Change Nothing

President Donald Trump finally commented on the weekly arrests of liberal Hollywood actress/activist Jane Fonda. The Academy Award winner has been arrested four times in as many weeks while protesting climate change on the Capitol Building steps in Washington, D.C.

Trump Cuts Down Fonda

Fox News [1] reported that during his rally on Wednesday night in Louisiana, Trump let loose on the 81 year-old actress.

“They arrested Jane Fonda, nothing changes. I remember 30, 40 years ago they arrested her,” Trump said. “She’s always got the handcuffs on, oh man. She’s waving to everybody with the handcuffs. I can’t believe it.”

Trump went on to talk about Fonda’s infamous visit to North Vietnam back in 1972, which garnered her the nickname “Hanoi Jane.”

“Remember that? She went to Vietnam to find out how nice they were. They weren’t too nice to her, by the way,” Trump said. “No, they arrested her today. Jane Fonda, nothing changes. They arrest… every 25 years they arrest her.”

Jane Fonda Calls For Trump To Be Removed From Office

Also on Wednesday night, Fonda called for Trump to be removed from office during an interview with CNN host Don Lemon.

“He is an oil president,” Fonda said of Trump, according to The Huffington Post.

“His Cabinet is an oil cabinet. He is bought off by fossil fuels and a lot of people in the Senate, a lot of Republican candidates are too. So, we can’t solve the problem when we have elected officials who are paid by the fossil fuel industry.”

“And so, the sooner that we move beyond him (Trump), the better, whether it’s through the elections or through impeachment or whatever,” she added.

Climate Change Dramatics On ‘The View’

Fonda has been trying to get herself arrested each week on her “Fire Drill Fridays” to raise awareness about the effects of climate change.

While appearing on “The View” [7] this week, Fonda said we have just “11 years to avoid catastrophe” when it comes to the effects of climate change.

“We are the last generation who can make the difference between life and death of the planet and whether the planet is habitable,” she added.

Jane Fonda Claps Back At Critics

After her fourth arrest last Friday, Fonda sent a message to her haters who criticize her attempts to raise awareness about the perceived ‘crisis’.

“Those people are always going to attack that way,” she told Washington’s FOX 5 [12]. “The best way to attack a celebrity is to say, ‘Here she is, doing it for their own glory or promotion or whatever.’”

“It doesn’t matter,” Fonda added. “Those people don’t matter. It doesn’t matter. Good people know. I could be doing a lot of other things besides getting out there. And I’ll be there if it’s snowing, raining, sleeting, hurricane, it doesn’t matter. I’m going to be there.”

Can You Really Trust ‘Hanoi Jane’?

President Trump was right to point out that Fonda’s antics from the 1970s until now seem to indicate she is off her rocker.

The same woman who betrayed millions of American troops to visit North Vietnam is now trying to lecture all of us about climate change. And with a fantastical claim that the world will end in just over a decade if we don’t change our ways.

If Fonda wants to spend her old age going in and out of a jail cell, so be it. But anyone who listens to her about anything is just as nuts as she is.
