Osaka, Japan hosted RIZIN 19 today, and the event featured light-heavyweight champ Jiri Prochazka in action and the quarterfinals of the promotion’s lightweight grand prix.

Jiri Prochazka takes out Fabio Maldonado

In the headliner, Prochazka faced the UFC veteran Maldonado in a 220-pound, catchweight contest. As you can see by watching the clip below, Prochazka took out Maldonado with a series of booming punches.

The Czech fighter has won nine straight and carries a record of 25-3-1.

Patricky “Pitbull” storms through Tatsuya Kawajiri

In another highlight-reel finish, Patrick “Pitbull” blasted rugged vet Tatsuya Kawajiri with a flying knee and finished the deal with follow-up punches.

The bout served as a quarterfinal for RIZIN’s lightweight grand prix. “Pitbull” has won six straight and moved his overall record to 22-8.
