Conor McGregor

As the MMA world continues to discuss and debate when and who Conor McGregor will fight again, it’s being reported the star’s been accused of sexual assault again.

The New York Times’ report

The New York Times is reporting that a source has informed the publication that a woman in her 20s was sexually assaulted in a vehicle outside a Dublin pub last week, and that McGregor is being investigated. The 31-year-old former UFC champ was also accused of sexually assaulting a woman last December. McGregor has not been charged.

In the more recent report from the Times, a publicist for McGregor is quoted saying:

“Conor McGregor is frequently the subject of rumors. He emphatically denies any report accusing him of sexual assault.”

McGregor’s 2019

McGregor has yet to compete since he was submitted by lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov last October, and instead, his 2019 year has been marred by incidents. This past spring, McGregor was charged after he broke the phone of a man trying to take his picture (the case was dropped). This past summer, video footage surfaced of him punching a man in a Dublin pub. McGregor apologized for the incident.
