Jeremy Stephens always brings plenty of intensity into his fights, and “Lil’ Heathen” demonstrated that again today at the weigh-ins for UFC Mexico City.

Tomorrow’s headliner

Stephens (28-16) will throw hands with fellow featherweight contender Yair Rodriquez in Saturday’s headliner. The dangerous fighter will be looking to get back on track, as Stephens has dropped bouts to Zabit Magomedsharipov and Jose Aldo in consecutive fights.

Rodriquez (11-2) is looking to build on his jaw dropping, ducking elbow KO of Chan Sung Jung in November. Prior to that the highlight reel striker was stopped by Frankie Edgar.

The weigh-in faceoffs

As you can see by watching the video below, Rodriguez and Stephens, as well as several other fights, had some pretty intense faceoffs today.
