Jeremy Stephens

The fighters hit the scales earlier today in Mexico City, in preparation for the UFC’s latest card Saturday, and the main event bout between Yair Rodriguez and Jeremy Stephens is a go.

Rodriguez vs. Stephens

The featherweight contenders are going to throw down in the card’s headliner, and it will mark the first time Rodriquez (11-2) has fought since last November. In “Pantera’s” last bout, he knocked Chan Sung Jung out with a ducking elbow, with one second left.

Stephens (28-16), meanwhile, fought in May, and dropped a decision loss to Zabit Magomedsharipov.

Both fighters came in at 145 pounds for Saturday’s main event.
