Kirstie Alley

Actress Kirstie Alley blasted “PC crazy” celebrities who want names of Trump supporters outed by the media.

“I refuse to be part of the Hollywood a–hats who can’t see that “NOT working with Republicans” is as stupid and NASTY as “REFUSING to do business with gay people”’ the “Cheers” actress tweeted last week.

“..STOP ACTING above the FRAY ya d— hypocrites…WE are the same species! let’s help each OTHER ya d— yahoos,” she concluded.

Anti-Trump Celebrities

The 68-year-old veteran actress was responding to recent calls to out Hollywood Trump supporters by “Will & Grace” co-stars Eric McCormack and Debra Messing.

Last week, Messing’s name started trending with the hashtag “#RacistDebraMessing” on Twitter after she liked a tweet of an Alabama church sign that called Trump supporters mentally ill. She later apologized.

Messing later joined Eric McCormack asking the media to publish attendees of an upcoming Trump event. The Beverly Hills, Calif. campaign fundraiser is scheduled at the same times as the Emmy awards ceremony.

Hollywood Blacklisting

After being called out for wanting an anti-Trump blacklist, Messing came up with lame reasoning.

“I NEVER NOR WOULD I EVER call for a blacklist of anyone for any reason. The info is publicly available. I as a consumer want to know where MY … Money is going when I pay for entertainment. Just as you have the right to not watch W&G bc I don’t support Trump, I have the right to not go see (pay for) a movie with someone supporting babies in cages,” she said in a tweet thread.

Weird how Messing never felt compelled to boycott Obama supporters when his administration was dealing with the border crisis in the same way the Trump administration is.

Kirstie Alley simply called the Debra Messing-types what they are: Hypocrites.

Earlier this year, Alley addressed Bette Midler’s anti-Donald Trump tweet. She has no time for Bette’s degrading remarks.

Dave Chappelle

Alley is also speaking out about political correctness gone wild.

“I can’t keep up with all the PC rules and regs for proper terminology behavior and “thought”…Or the enforced views that MUST be accepted and complied with in order to be a considered a “good” person. Screw it.. I’d rather be a prick,” she tweeted Sunday.

While not explicitly clear to what she was referencing, Alley previously tweeted about comedian Dave Chappelle’s latest stand-up special.

The hour-long Netflix special, “Sticks & Stones,” has received a lot of backlash from the “woke” left.

“Do yourself a favor this weekend.. See Dave Chappell’s new Netflix show.. think it’s called Sticks and Stones .. whatever it’s called it’s SO wrong that you will be in pain laughing,” she tweeted.

Adding that, “…if u are PC crazy, skip it.”

Alley followed the recommendation with a wise reminder about tolerance.

“Tolerance isn’t standing up for what’s popular,” she said on Twitter. “Tolerance is understanding and implementing human rights to all humans even though you don’t necessarily agree with their views. Human rights is a good place to start when seeking tolerance for one’s self & others.”

It’s too bad the left, which demands the right to be tolerant of everyone and all things, tolerates so little themselves. At least there are some with clout in Hollywood who call it out.
