Paige VanZant has had a difficult year outside the Octagon.
While the fighter has found ways to stay active as she recovers from another surgery to fix her arm, VanZant has missed training.
Recently, she was able to do some pad work with husband and fellow fighter Austin Vanderford for the first time since her latest surgery.
