In advance of tonight’s UFC 239 card, the UFC held a presser yesterday in Las Vegas, featuring the headliners for the promotion’s upcoming cards.
In attendance were Khabib Nurmagomedov, Dustin Poirier, Max Holloway, Frankie Edgar, Daniel Cormier, Stipe Miocic, Robert Whittaker and Israel Adesanya. Nurmagomedov – Poirier will go down September 7th (UFC 242), Holloway – Edgar is taking place July 27th (UFC 240), Cormier – Miocic 2 is booked for August 10th (UFC 241), and Whittaker – Adesanya is set for October 5th (UFC 243).
As you can see by watching the video below, the event featured a couple of pretty intense faceoffs, particularly between Cormier and Miocic, and Whittaker and Adesanya.
