Dan Hooker is coming off a memorable, knockouts loss to Edson Barboza, but prior to that, “The Hangman” was making plenty of noise via a four-fight winning streak.

After Hooker lost via decision to featherweight Jason Knight in 2016, the New Zealand fighter decided to move-up to 155, and he proceeded to finish four straight opponents. One of those was rugged vet, Ross Pearson, who Hooker took out with a vicious knee in 2017.

You can watch the 29-year-old reflect on the jaw-dropping win below.

Tonight at UFC San Antonio, Hooker will battle fellow lightweight contender, James Vick. That’s a fight that should be on anyone’s must-see list for today.
