ONE Championship has one of the best YouTube channels in all of combat sports, and one of it’s latest offerings is Mauro Cerilli demonstrating how devastating knees to a grounded opponent can be.
Cerilli took on Alain Ngalani this past March, and as you can see by watching the video below, he finished the heavyweight with a brutal series of knees to the head. The win returned Cerilli to the win column, following his quick, KO loss to champion Brandon Vera in November.
Up next for Cerilli is UFC vet Arjan Singh Bhullar, as the two will battle on August 2nd.
