Case in point, recently ONE posted the video below, which features Tonon discussing words and phrases that he lives his life by.

Most recently the decorated grappler faced Yoshiki Nakahara at “Enter the Dragon” last month, and Tonon quickly scored a heel hook submission win. With the victory, Tonon moved his pro-MMA record to 5-0.
