About Adrian McCallum

Adrian McCallum was the ICW World Heavyweight Champion before his unexpected death; this is the most prestigious championship of Insane Championship Wrestling, one of the biggest indie promotions.

In addition to being a genuine wrestling legend, Adrian McCallum also owned a wrestling promotion – Pro Wrestling Elite – in the Scottish town of Ayrshire. It is not yet known what will happen to the wrestling school.

At the time of this article, no details have been revealed in regards to the death of the Scottish wrestler. However, the final tweet of the wrestler was almost prophetic.

“You will smell your last flower, you will hug your friend for the last time.  You might not know it’s the last time, that’s why you must do everything you love with passion.”

It is believed the wrestler was referencing Ricky Gervais‘ After Life, which is available for viewing on Netflix. Still, because he used the tweet just before his death, it almost seems like he predicted his own.

We at Ringside Intel send our condolences to the family and friends of Adrian during this difficult time.
