Next Saturday night, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’s biggest bout to date is going down, as UFC veteran Artem Lobov will battle decorated boxer Paulie Malignaggi.
If you’ve followed the lead-up to the fight, you know there’s been no shortage of antics, insults and incidents.
Malignaggi’s rivalry with Conor McGregor, Lobov’s longtime friend and training partner, has spilled over into this fight. Malignaggi was brought in to help McGregor prepare for his 2017 boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Jr. The New York pugilist didn’t care for how McGregor’s team portrayed/reported their sparring sessions, and a sizeable beef has existed since.
