Ross Pearson left the door open to competing in other sports, when he announced his MMA retirement last month, and the UFC vet has already scored a victory in the pro-boxing ring.
The 34-year-old fighter took on Salar King (5-11) in a middleweight bout today in Australia (160 pounds), and stopped the fighter in the second round. You can check out the highlights below.

Pearson walked away from MMA having gone 20-16, with 1 no-contest. The rugged vet was always known for being more of a striker, so it will be interesting to see whether he can make a run.
