Top Double Or Nothing Match Off

– All Elite Wrestling’s (AEW) Double Or Nothing is less than a week away and the show just took a major blow. PAC vs. Hangman Page is off due to creative difference.

An angle was filmed yesterday at England’s WrestleGate where Page answered PAC’s open challenge. The match went 15 minutes before ending in a DQ and then PAC stated he would not be appearing at Double Or Nothing.

The match being scratched was due to creative differences. Dragon Gate did not want PAC, their Dream Grate Champion, to lose the match while AEW had different plans. A draw or DQ finish was proposed, but turned down by AEW. Also, AEW would not be able to give PAC 30 minutes for a match, which was another issue. No word if PAC will stick around with AEW or if the two will go their separate ways. During the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer commented how the WrestleGate match will likely be seen when AEW starts airing their weekly TV program on TNT in the fall.

Page is still scheduled to compete this Saturday and below is updated card.
