There were several, jaw-dropping stoppages this past weekend in the world of MMA, and one of them was Thanh Le’s vicious knockout of Yusup Saadulaev.

Le faced Saadulaev at ONE Championship’s “For Honor” card, and in the opening round, the latter controlled much of the action with his top tier, grappling game. As you can see by watching the video below, however, Le turned things around and then some in round two, by connecting with a booming knee.

With the win, Le returned to the win column, as he was coming off a KO loss to Kevin Aguilar in May, 2018. The 33-year-old fighter’s record now stands at 9-2.

Saadulaev, meanwhile, had his five-fight winning streak snapped, and his record fell to 17-5-1, with 1 no-contest.
