Lori Loughlin of “Full House” fame is currently facing forty years in prison for allegedly bribing USC officials so that her two daughters could be admitted to the school. Her 19-year-old daughter Olivia Jade, however, does not seem to be phased by this at all, as she was just spotted out “drinking” with friends in Los Angeles.

Daily Mail reported that sources said that Olivia spent last weekend partying with her friends, saying that they “were drinking, laughing and stayed out late” days before Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli rejected plea deals for the numerous charges against them. These charges include conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as well as charges of money laundering.

“Olivia is focusing all her time on hanging with her friends, a lot of whom are social media influencers and internet stars, and she’s been filming some content with them,” another source said. “She’s trying to live her life normally again.”

Olivia had been a popular YouTube star herself with millions of fans before the scandal broke.

Meanwhile, other sources say that the gravity of the situation is finally getting to Loughlin, who had been confident that she would avoid prison altogether until now.

“She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by,” a source told E! Online. “She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn’t do any jail time.”

In the last few days, however, Loughlin’s confidence has been waning.

“Lori is finally realizing just how serious this is,” the source explained, adding that she now regrets not taking the initial plea deal. “She is seeing the light that she will do jail time and is freaking out.”

It’s no wonder that Loughlin is panicking because while the plea deal would have put her in jail for just a few months, she is now facing the process of a maximum of forty years behind bars. It says a lot about Olivia that she is still going out drinking with friends, which is illegal for a 19-year-old to do, while her parents are facing such serious charges. It’s clear that this entire family needs a wakeup call and that prison might just be the best place for Loughlin and her husband to be for a while.
