UFC 235: Cody Garbrandt Comments on Latest Defeat, Says Headbutt Played Role

Following Cody Garbrandt’s stoppage loss to Pedro Munhoz at UFC 235, “No Love” is claiming an accidental headbutt played a key role in his defeat.

The former bantamweight champ faced Munhoz on the main card of Saturday’s event, and Garbrandt ended up taking the worst of a wild striking exchange near the end of the opening round. The defeat was Garbrandt’s third straight.

Since then, Garbrandt posted the comments below regarding his latest loss.

With Saturday’s setback, Garbrandt’s overall record now stands at 11-3.
