Sounds Like Conor McGregor’s Pretty Keen to Fight….

Conor McGregor may not need to fight anymore for financial reasons, but it sounds like the “Notorious” one is pretty, pretty keen to throw down.

Ever since McGregor was submitted by UFC lightweight champ, Khabib Nurmagopmedov in October, there’s been plenty of discussion as to if, when and who the star will fight next. While that remains unknown, McGregor has talked about the possibility of facing the likes of Donald Cerrone and Nate Diaz in recent weeks.

Well, since Anthony Pettis KO’d Stephen Thompson last night at UFC Nashville, “Showtime” has joined McGregor and Kenny Florian as the only fighters to score wins in the Octagon at 145, 155, and 170. When news of that was tweeted out last night, McGregor responded with the comment below (warning: explicit language):

Now sure, none of this means McGregor’s next bout will get finalized soon. But, it does seem clear the decorated fighter is eager to fight again.
