– The only names confirmed for the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame class are D-Generation X (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chyna, Billy Gunn, “Road Dogg” BG James, Sean “X-Pac” Waltman) and The Honky Tonk Man. With the ceremony a little under 5 weeks away, WWE will start revealing more names in the coming weeks.

We already mentioned how Taz, The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart, Jimmy Hart & Jim Neidhart) and Bam Bam Bigelow have been rumored as possible entrants. According two WrestleVotes, Torrie Wilson and Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake (Ed Leslie) seem to be locks for the 2019 class.

Beefcake mostly notably worked for WWE and WCW. He had his own segment called The Barber Shop and also won the WWE Tag Team Titles with Greg Valentine. Besides being known for cutting the hair of his opponents, Beefcake also worked alongside Hulk Hogan.

Torrie joined WWE after WCW was purchased. Despite never wining a title during her seven years with WWE, she managed to remain one of the more popular female superstars. She would pose for Playboy twice and eventually retired in 2008. Since then, she did worked WrestleMania XXV’s Battle Royal, entered the first Women’s Royal Rumble Match and took part in WWE’s Evolution pay per view.

– During a Q&A on Friday, Ric Flair stated that Harley Race has terminal lung cancer. David Marquez of Championship Wrestling From Hollywood spoke to Race’s family and said that while he has lung cancer, it is not terminal. He continued how Race is still active with the World League Wrestling promotion and wrestling school that he runs in Missouri.
