Jose Aldo reminded the MMA world tonight, yet again, that he remains a dangerous, dangerous force in the UFC’s featherweight division, by taking out rising contender, Renato “Moicano”
Both featherweights came out firing leg kicks in the bouts opening moments, and throwing punches, but their volume declined as round one neared its end. Not long into round two, however, Aldo tagged “Moicano” with a big left hook and then stunned the rising featherweight with a follow up punch. From there, Aldo swarmed in with a flurry of strikes and the action was stopped.
After the fight was stopped, Aldo jumped over the cage and into the adoring crowd. Another huge win for the former champ.
