Anderson Silva has recorded many, jaw-dropping, violent wins during his storied his career, and recently the UFC posted one of his more memorable.
That victory was when Silva faced Rich Franklin for the first time in 2006. At the time, Franklin was widely regarded to be one of the best fighters on the planet, and the only man to defeat him at that juncture was Lyoto Machida.
Heading into UFC 64, many people expected Silva would be a stiff test for Franklin, but not too many people were predicting he’d cut through “Ace” like he did.
Up next, at UFC 234 this Saturday, Silva will face rising middleweight star, Israel Adesanya.
