Recently Anthony Pettis raised eyebrows by asking fans if they’d like to see him battle Stephen Thompson, and now “Wonderboy” has also responded.

Pettis began gauging interest in the possible fight via social media, and since then, Thompson posted this:

So we’ll see what happens here. Pettis is coming off a corner stoppage loss to Tony Ferguson in October, and Thompson hasn’t fought since last May, when he lost via decision to Darren Till. The vaunted striker injured his knee in that bout and has been sidelined since.
