The new Raw has certainly proven to be more interesting than the episodes we have been getting for most of 2018. The changes are not going to be over though, at least not if the latest rumors are to be believed. Here are some of the latest, some of which we may witness on Monday Night Raw!

Rollins Becomes Serious Contender For WWE Universal Championship

Seth Rollins

It is clear the WWE are spending some extra time on Seth Rollins lately, and they are certainly not wrong in doing so. That leads us to the first rumor in this overview, the fact that Seth Rollins could become the next WWE Universal Champion.

Despite the poor storylines and abysmal pay-per-views in 2018, Seth Rollins was one of the only wrestlers that kept my interest during this time. He has a massive fan base and should certainly be rewarded for saving the Raw brand during one of their worst times.

Pete Dunne Moving To Monday Night Raw

Pete Dunne

Pete Dunne has impressed as The Bruiserweight delivering first-class performances. From NXT to NXT UK, he has left a lasting impression with WWE brass. So, this rumor is certainly straightforward.

Dunne could be making a debut on Raw soon if rumor is to be believed. Of course, by putting Dunne on the main roster, it will undoubtedly have an influence on NXT UK and the NXT brand in general.

Kushida To Monday Night Raw?

Kushida

There have been rumors that the WWE has managed to strike a deal with Japanese mega-star Kushida. Kushida’s contract is up with NJPW on January 31. If this is the case, it will only be a short period of time before he is introduced to the WWE Universe.

While it is more likely for Kushida to end up on the NXT roster, there is some talk about him ending up on the Raw roster.

Brock Defends on Monday Night Raw

Brock Lesnar

This rumor made me laugh out loud, considering the sky-high demands made by the part-timer. However, if the WWE want to correct the countless mistakes they made in 2017 and 2018, Brock has to put his behind into gear.

If the WWE is serious about putting Brock back on Raw, it could mean the company is looking to rebuild Brock into the champion he was supposed to be. However, I also believe the damage has been done. There is no coming back from 2017 and 2018 for Brock, so he would be much better of in the UFC. Unfortunately, I do not think that is the plan, since the man does pull casuals in.
