As much as Hollywood and the left mock religion and Christianity in particular, it’s refreshing to see movie stars who are open about their faith. Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt is one of them. Disneyland invited the A-list star of their smash Marvel hit as a Christmas treat for park guests. Chris Pratt delivered a most magical Disney moment as he read the story of Jesus birth straight from the Bible.
Chris Pratt was a guest at Disneyland in California for their Christmas Candlelight Ceremony on December 1, 2018. To make the night even more special, the A-list star brought together his faith and the magic of Disney.
Watch below as the joyful actor reads the story of Jesus Christ’s birth from the book of Luke in between songs and other breaks.

It’s amazing to see the story of Christ’s birth being openly shared at a commercial theme park with so many children and their loving families in attendance. Solidifying Disney as a unique and special place.
The entire Disney Christmas event ran about an hour. Perhaps the best part of this event came when Chris Pratt explained what the story of Jesus Christ’s birth meant to him as a father.
Pratt offered a prayer:
Heavenly peace: This is a blessing for which we deeply yearn. It moves us to welcome this season with renewed sense of kindness and compassion to others. We gather at celebrations. We create memories with families and friends. We go home. The coming of the holidays brings the promise of faith, of hope and of love. And as the Bible says, “The greatest of these is love. Love bares all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends” …

The way we love our children, the more we love our children, the more we will understand the capacity for our Father in Heaven to love us. It was truly remarkable to all who attended, a beautiful event that could only be made more perfect with a truly inspiring message from the bible.
This isn’t the first time Chris Pratt has been open about his Christian faith, a rarity in Hollywood these days.
God and faith are common themes in his social media posts for his millions of followers.
