Before the match can get underway, The Riott Squad comes out and they beat up Natalya while Jax and Tamina beat up Rousey. Head of the Women’s Division Alexa Bliss comes out to the ring. She says she wants to redo the fan Q & A with Sasha Banks and Bayley, which was a failure last week. Bayley asks Bliss how many questions they’ll answer this time before they are ambushed. Bliss apologizes for last week’s turn of events, saying she had no idea that would happen. Banks and Bayley answer some questions but then Dana Brooke, Mickie James and Alicia Fox run out to interrupt. Bliss gives them the gears and tells them that’s not happening again this week. Bliss ends up making a tag team match to settle things.
Banks and Bayley pick up the victory.

General Manager-elect comes out for Drew McIntyre Appreciation Night. He plays a video package on the big screen honoring the Scottish Psychopath, then he introduces the man himself. Corbin presents a gold medal, Raw’s Gold Medal of Excellence, for destroying Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle. McIntyre says he is grateful for the gesture, but he was just doing what was necessary. McIntyre says when he returned to WWE, the other talent backstage were complacent and that’s why he decided to reform Raw in his image.
Then McIntyre talks about his TLC opponent Finn Balor, but suddenly Dolph Ziggler’s music interrupts and he comes out to the ring. Ziggler says he thought he and McIntyre had an alliance. They were dominating Raw, but Ziggler wasn’t even in the video package, nor was he invited to this Appreciation Night. McIntyre admits Ziggler wasn’t invited. McIntyre says he was always the whole package, and Ziggler’s role was simply to get him into a prominent position. He thanks Ziggler for succeeding at that for once in his life.
Ziggler looks upset and McIntyre tells him he should be kissing his feet for making Ziggler relevant for the first time in 10 years. Ziggler attacks McIntyre and levels him with a ZigZag before taking his leave. Corbin yells at him as he leaves and says if Ziggler wants a fight, he’s got one right now.
McIntyre dominates a tenacious Ziggler. He tells Ziggler he’s been going easy on him. He seems to still have a soft spot for him. So McIntyre will pretend Ziggler is someone he doesn’t like. He’ll pretend he’s Finn Balor. Then McIntyre turns it up and starts to humiliate Ziggler with the proceeding beatdown. But then Finn Balor comes out and walks down to the ring as it cuts to commercial.
Back again and Ziggler is having some success after Balor distracted McIntyre. The match goes back and forth. Balor seizes an opening and clobbers McIntyre with a dropkick at ringside, behind the ref’s back. The ref counts to 9 but McIntyre just beats the count, only to get superkicked as he gets in the ring by Ziggler for the 3-count.

Elias is in the ring cutting a promo and doing his shtick. Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush interrupt his song. Lashley does some posing as Rush commentates. Elias charges up the aisle and he and Lashley start to brawl. Elias ends up chasing Lashley off with his guitar, ready to swing. Elias ends up smashing the guitar over Rush’s back, after Balor chases Rush back up onto the main stage.

If Roode wins, he and Chad Gable get a tag title shot at champs Authors of Pain. As the match gets underway, AoP is shown backstage attacking Gable. Corbin decides to change the match to a handicap match with AoP against Roode. Roode hits a Glorious DDT on Maverick but AoP charges to the ring and starts attacking him as well. Gable comes out to the ring and tries to help his tag partner but AoP dominates them both. Maverick ends up pinning Roode for the victory.

Dean Ambrose comes out to the ring wearing a gas mask, accompanied by a SWAT team wearing gas masks. Ambrose says you can’t be too careful in a cesspool like Houston, Texas. Then he starts cutting a promo on Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins. Rollins comes out to interrupt and Rollins runs into the ring and backdrops Ambrose to the floor. Then Rollins beats up all of Ambrose’s SWAT team. Rollins and Ambrose brawl into the audience. Ambrose ends up battering Rollins with a gas mask at ringside.
Ambrose spikes Rollins with a Dirty Deeds on the floor and then the SWAT team rolls Rollins into the ring. Ambrose talks trash at the audience and at Rollins. Ambrose nails Rollins with another Dirty Deeds in the ring for good measure.
