Ember Moon’s Husband Calls Nia Jax an “Unsafe Moron”

Nia Jax has been a dominant force in the women’s division. However, she has been criticized a lot for unsafe practices in the ring by fans and fellow wrestlers. Ember Moon’s husband has been vocal about Jax’ unsafe ring work.

Unsafe “Moron”

On social media, Matthew Palmer blasted Jax for being unsafe in the ring. He deleted his social media message shortly afterwards, but not until the world read: “Hope this unsafe moron doesn’t hurt my wife again”

Nia has been under fire since the incident with fellow wrestler Becky Lynch. When the SmackDown roster invaded Raw, Lynch got punched by Nia in the face. Unfortunately, it cost her a match with Ronda Rousey, one of the most anticipated matches of the year. Charlotte would go on to face Rousey, but Rousey won after Charlotte got disqualified.

Building Heat for Nia

The WWE have been busy building Nia as a real baddie. A misplaced punch like the one to Becky Lynch’s face would normally be kept silent, but the WWE have used it to build Nia as “face breaker,” giving her more heel heat.

In terms of the technical aspect of wrestling, accidents do happen. Of course, some people are more prone to causing accidents than others, and Nia seems to be one that causes them a lot. Whether it comes down to being “unsafe” or her overall wrestling style, who knows?

Facing Ronda Rousey

The WWE must have some faith in Nia Jax as an in-ring performer, otherwise they would not put her against their most valuable asset at the moment, Ronda Rousey.

Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey will face one another on December 16, 2018 during the Table, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view.

Jax received the opportunity to become the Raw Women’s Champion again after winning the Battle Royal at Evolution. Many believed the honor would have gone to Ember Moon, but Nia eliminated Moon with some help from Tamina.

At the moment, it is unlikely Nia Jax will take the title belt. It is expected that Rousey will take on Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. The pair shot some amazing promos before their intended match at Survivor Series. There are still tensions between Rousey and Charlotte too, so that could be another interesting match in the nearby future. It could also mean a brand switch for Becky and Charlotte, or the WWE may decide to eliminate the brand split all-together.
