Israel Adesanya scored the biggest win of his MMA to date at UFC 230, and he did so in electrifying fashion.

Adesanya took on fellow middleweight contender, Derek Brunson, and as many believed would be the case, the latter came out hunting for a takedown. Adesanya, however, was able to repeatedly stuff Brunson’s shots or takedown attempts from the clinch.

Then, as the first round was nearing its end, Adesanya rocked Brunson with a perfectly timed knee as he shot in. Brunson attempted to battle back, but after Adesanya dropped him a couple more times, the bout was stopped. A huge win for “The Last Stylebender”.
