Rizin FF has sent a shock wave through the combat sports world by announcing that Floyd Mayweather Jr. is going to fight rising star, Tenshin Nasukawa on New Year’s Eve.
The Japanese promotion announced the big news on Sunday, and Rizin has also released the promo video below for the fight.
The bout will reportedly be contested under “special rules”, but what that means exactly, has yet to be determine.
Rizin 14 is expected to take place at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan.
