Announcement Of Wrestlemania 36 Location Coming, Possible Braun Strowman Injury

– WWE fans all over North America anxiously anticipate the announcements around Wrestlemania locations, hoping and praying it is headed to their hometown. As the event is dubbed the largest pay-per-view of WWE’s calendar year, officials of the company always plan well ahead.

Therefore, it’s no surprise that Wreslemania 36’s location seems pretty locked in. Barnerburner’s No Holds’ Joe Peisich recently relayed on his podcast that the WWE will have some big news regarding the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All’ for 2020, at the end of October. According to Peisich, WM 36 is set for Minneapolis, and as the U.S. Bank Stadium in that city can hold 73,000 fans, it seems like a solid location to hold this larger-than-life PPV.

– If you caught Monday Night RAW last night, then you know that Dean Ambrose was booked in a short match with the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman. The Lunatic Fringe was given a choice to face one of his Shield brothers, with their titles on the line, and as Ambrose delayed on his decision, the Red brand’s General Manager Baron Corbin placed him in a match with Strowman. The bout itself was quick, and ended with Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns interrupting the match in order to ‘save’ Dean Ambrose.

Wrestling Observer Radio’s Bryan Alvarez was live at RAW in Seattle and noted that the bout wasn’t a very good one, and Braun seemed to be limping when he came out, moving slowly. In fact, Alvarez noted that the entire match overall all slow, with both superstars not moving that quickly.

It’s entirely possible that Braun Strowman could be working through an injury, especially if it is not a severe one, and with WWE’s Super Show-Down (SSD) PPV in Australia heavily hyped up and taking place this Saturday, there may be a need to keep Braun in storylines, without having to be overactive in matches. The good news is that if Strowman is working through an injury, his SSD match is a six-man tag, where he isn’t carrying the match and can be protected in order to work through the PPV.

Regardless, here’s hoping Braun is okay and if he is working through a minor injury he misses minimal television time on RAW. He’s one of the most entertaining superstars on the brand right now.
